Tax United is committed to providing high quality customer support to ensure the success of our customers. The primary goal of Tax United support is to keep our customers happy.

Live customer support representatives are always available to answer your calls all year round from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday to Friday and from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturdays during tax season and from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM the rest of the year.

Our live support team consists of highly trained Level 1 and Level 2 customer support representatives, that are on duty to quickly identify and resolve any issues concerning the Tax Software or Tax Preparation questions.

Before tax season, A Tax United representative will install the software on your PC or network and setup each user according the requirements needed in your company.
